Research Process

◆  Draft of the Content

Once we planned the headings and subheadings for the CyberFair project, we established general goals. We then delved deeper into the content of each section, with a particular focus on the practice of the Satoyama Initiative in Taiwan, low-elevation mountain wildlife, and associated threats. Our teachers divided us into three groups and guided us to research secondary resources. Each team was responsible for researching specific aspects of the project. Initially, we only thought of introducing how it is practiced in Taiwan. However, our teacher reminded us that this is a global concept and it was therefore essential to include information about the international partnership for the Satoyama Initiative as well as the local ongoing initiative. By providing a more detailed introduction, we aimed to give our readers a comprehensive understanding of the initiative.

The journey started with collecting information on the Satoyama Initiative.
We attempted to use context clues, associated terminology,
and related concepts to comprehend research data.
