◆ Project Framework
After finalizing our topic, we began collecting information on the Satoyama Initiative and its related concepts as well as constructing the framework for our project. To record and brainstorm our ideas simultaneously, we opted to use an online tool, Coggle, for real-time collaborative mind mapping. Coggle's key attribute is its function to adjust its layout and background color based on individual preferences, which allows us to trace the origin of each idea for more details later on. The mind-map saved in Coggle is accessible and it updates automatically online. Our teachers prompted us to brainstorm different categories and concepts we wished to present and assigned headings and subheadings accordingly. After several group discussions, we generated a multitude of ideas, which we shared and briefly presented each category in class. Using this method, we condensed broader concepts into concise topics, and systematically arranged them to create a cohesive framework for our project.
