Ms. Michelle Lai has recently joined Kang Chiao as the Director of the International Department at the Qing Shan Campus. She values communication and understands the importance of a humanistic approach to leadership with a strong emphasis on teacher development. Despite her enormously busy schedule, Michelle always has a positive demeanor and somehow finds the time to help teachers, staff and students when they need to speak with her.
